About Our323

So many homes are defined by their basic amenities: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3-car garage.

But we know your “323” is so much more than that—and that’s why your role in selling your home with Our323 is so important!

Not only will you get to be part of helping showcase the best features of your home, you’ll also have access to the most efficient tools to sell your house, as well as our team’s expert guidance and support along the way.

The “323” in our name also pays tribute to our favorite bible verse, Colossians 3:23:

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."

How Our Process Saves You Money

Ever wondered, “How much would it cost to sell my house?”

If you’re working with a real estate agent, you can expect to pay 5%* (or more) of the final selling price in commissions. (For example, on a $200K home, your agent’s commission would be right around $10K.)

After decades in the real estate business, Our323’s founder Patrick Graham knew there was a way for sellers to spend significantly less—and that’s exactly how Our323 came to be!

Our323 is a modified “For Sale by Owner” program, refined and redesigned to provide all the same tools you’d get from a traditional real estate agent—including an MLS listing, market analysis, help negotiating offers, and more—without the high commission.

We do this by:

  • Operating with low overhead and operating expenses.
  • Promoting your home with the proven marketing and advertising systems used by the National Association of REALTORS®
  • Allowing you to take an active role in selling your own home

Additionally, Our323 provides cooperation and compensation to any Wyoming-licensed real estate agent representing a buyer that purchases one of our listings. Contact Us for details!

*Based on the national average of 5.1%, as reported by REAL Trends.

List with Our323!

Currently, there are more than 400 real estate agents in Laramie County working with buyers to find the perfect home. Let’s make sure your “323” gets in front of them!
