Sam Gardner

Sam was raised in Montana and moved to Cheyenne nearly 25 years ago.

She became a realtor to ensure those she works with have an enjoyable experience, and she’s confident that her love for taking care of others—combined with listening to their needs and saving them money will be appreciated—by both sellers and buyers. "It will be a privilege to help you find your dream home!" she says.

During her time in Cheyenne, Sam has had the extreme honor of working in a non-profit, primarily with the National MS Society. She loves helping people, and she lives by the golden rule of "treating others the way you want to be treated."

Both Sam and her husband Sammy are retired from the US Air Force and love the Cheyenne community! They have 2 daughters and five grandkids, and they enjoy traveling, golfing, spending time with friends, and watching their favorite college sports team: the Wyoming Cowboys!
