Davin grew up on the Mississippi River on the border of Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. She moved to Wyoming at 14 where she lived for 25 years until she moved to Englewood, FL in October 2020. She has 2 beautiful grown-up girls now starting families of their own.

Davin bought her 1st home at 18 and owned her own daycare and cleaning business. She has worked as an Optician/Technician, and as a Chiropractors Assistant but her love for architecture & interior design motivated her to get her license as a Realtor in 2016 so she could help other people's dreams come true.
