At Our323, all commission fees are negotiable, and there are different options for what that looks like at our brokerage: Flat fee, percentage of sales price, or cash back rebate options at closing.

The reason why we can—and do—implement discounted commission fees is that our overhead is relatively low, compared to big box brokerages. However, that doesn’t take away from the services we offer you!
